judge throws out the intervieners in the lawsuit

Just heard that the intervieners in the lawsuit had their case dismissed ! The judge ruled that none of the intervieners had "standing" to intervien between the County and the Doyle Wells gang . This clears the way for that "give away lease" to get a stamp of approval when this sham of a lawsuit goes to trial in November. Guess the judge who sais "the public has a right to be heard" has now changed his mind. Now he says that only a party that has "specific damages" has standing and that the public/taxpayers don't have "specifc damages' ( they are only loseing the right to use the beach, park their cars, etc.) Does anybody out there know any of the family / decendants of those folks that gave the land to the County to be used as a park ? If so give a shout ! Otherwise plan on going to the north end for your beach activites. After all this is Cameron County!
